This is Boxing Central!

Canberra based film-maker Paul Oliver has been quietly capturing vision of Boxing Central these past couple of months. And this is his first instalment. Paul was a crucial but quiet player in the recent women’s boxing clinic, filming the sparring for video analysis and capturing the energy of the weekend through some great still images.

When he has completed his film on the women’s boxing clinic weekend, I’ll be sure to post it here and give details so all 23 amazing women who attended can get their own copies.

Stay tuned for more weekend workshop information. We are planning a second one on the Queen’s Birthday weekend in Canberra and another one for Melbourne next summer.

Judging by the feedback, it was a hit. Although I did get the message that the strength and conditioning session was a bit rough right in the middle, so we’ll rethink the schedule for next time.
