Members have access to the gym for general use between 4:30pm-8:00pm weekdays and 9:00am-12:30pm Saturdays (other times by appointment).
About the classes
Boxing Fitness Classes
These classes are non-contact sessions that will suit everyone from beginners to the more experienced. You’ll be skipping, running, jumping and punching your way through set drills that include partner work with pads, bag punching and much more. We’ll keep an eye on your technique to make sure you get a full body workout that will burn fat, boost your metabolism and get you fit. You don’t need to be super fit to start but regular sessions will get you there.
Strength & Conditioning Class
Thirty minutes of high intensity, fat burning, strength building, challenging fun.
For those who want to spar and compete in amateur boxing bouts. These sessions involve contact and will include sparring, padwork with a trainer, partner drills, strength and conditioning circuits and more. Suitable for those with experience sparring.
Fighters Class (Beginner Sparring)
For those who want to take boxing beyond the fitness class. This session requires a mouthguard and involves contact. You’ll be working with a partner and refining you skills under fire, progressing to some full sparring sessions. This class is best for those who have been attending the gym for a while and have been doing boxing fitness classes long enough to attain an adequate level of skill.
Open training for members and clients to use the gym at any time for self-directed training. Suitable for those who are preparing for competition, or who have been attending the sparring classes for a while.
