Mischa has 20 years of active boxing experience and is a Boxing Australia level one coach. She has competed at a national and international level and as a masters boxer in the United States and has trained with some of the world’s best female boxers. She also has a Certificate III and IV in fitness and since leaving her full time job in newspapers has accumulated nearly ten years’ experience in the fitness industry.
