Give your kids a taste of how rewarding and fun boxing fitness can be with this special four session trial pass. We run non-contact kids boxing fitness classes four days a week – Monday to Thursday from 4.45pm to 5.30 pm and you can spread those four sessions across two weeks.
Pricing options
We think your kids will love it so much they’ll want to come on a regular basis. So, once they’ve done the trial, you can sign them up for a junior membership $25 a week for unlimited classes. We also have options for two, three and four kids in one membership. And we also have a student ten visit pass that lasts a year for $180.

These classes will suit sporty and non-sporty kids alike. Either way it will empower them, give them more physical skills and keep them off their devices and connecting with each other in real life under the guidance of experienced male and female coaches.

we go from 8-12 years but we allow some flexibility at the upper end of that age limit. We tend not to go below 8 as then the size difference between class members becomes an issue.
Kids class includes fitness drills and activities that can be challenging like running, push ups and sit ups. But we find most kids keep up and if not they can always have a drink break
We have gloves suitable for kids’ hands, but if you have your own you can bring them. Bring a water bottle. We don’t sell water in plastic bottles but we have a chilled bubbler you can drink from or use to refill
Definitely not. This is a non-contact class and while we teach boxing skills we do not encourage hitting others
45 minutes
they’ll be skipping, doing footwork drills, agility, balance and co-ordination drills and they’ll be learning punches and combinations. They’ll often pair up and work together to practice those skills
